Success comes not just from an idea or breakthrough innovation, but from execution of that idea or innovation. This discussion will focus on the importance of strategically managing innovation, from creating a culture of innovation, to building collaborations and to sustaining the innovation in a business.

Gail A. Lione, Esq., Georgetown University Law Center
Among her many management, board and advisory positions during her career, Ms. Lione served as General Counsel of three companies in three different industries: global marketing/manufacturing; publishing, printing and digital imaging; and insurance, banking and financial services. In her most recent assignment, she was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc. until May 2010.
