Directions: Walk through the main gates past the statue of John Carroll. Turn left, toward the library, which is at the end of the lawn. At the library, turn right and walk down the road. At the bottom of the hill, cross the street, go past the clock, and the entrance to McShain Lounge is to the right. There are double doors with bike racks on either side. Mcshain Lounge is across from the Public Safety Building.

About the speakers: Vern Norviel leads the patents and innovation counseling practices by helping companies create successful intellectual property programs. Matthew Langer represents pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He advises the companies on intellectual property, patent prosecution, claim construction, and license agreements.
